# What Certification Does And Does Not Mean

TrackForge certification means a defined methodology was applied to a frozen evidence snapshot and produced the stated rating event.

It does not mean TrackForge is guaranteeing legal ownership, future royalty payment, or direct registration state in every global society.

## Certification Confirms

- Methodology version and methodology hash.
- Taxonomy and workflow versions.
- Direct jurisdictional scope.
- Snapshot run and snapshot time.
- Rating event value on the AAA-D scale.
- Evidence hashes, Merkle root, and proof state.

## Certification Does Not Confirm

- Absolute legal ownership.
- Dispute-free writer shares.
- Direct validation outside the declared scope.
- Future absence of corrections or transfers.
- Legal advice.

Current direct scope is UK/US unless a certificate states a different methodology-versioned scope.
