These recipient policies sit outside the CWR file-format checks. Confirm them before sending a file, even when the Workbench reports no blocking structural issue.

## CAPASSO Africa

If a work includes a sub-publisher or publishing administrator, CAPASSO accepts that party only when it is directly affiliated with, or linked to, CAPASSO. Confirm the relationship before submission. TrackForge can validate the CWR publisher chain but cannot verify that external relationship from the file alone.
