This page maps what you can take out of the Workspace and what you can remove from it. Each section points to the page that has the steps. The Workspace has no single button that downloads everything at once, so use the downloads below.

## What you can download

| What | Where | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Your catalogue, or the works you ticked | **Catalogue**: **Download…**. With works ticked it counts them and reads **selected…** after the number. | **Excel (.xlsx)**, **CSV (.zip)** or **JSON** |
| A registration report | **Catalogue**: **Registration health…** | **Excel summary and full detail** or **PDF summary with charts**, for the **Whole catalogue, all societies** |
| A prepared file | The file's page: **Download file**, then **Download again** | The CWR file, which you send yourself |
| The works in a prepared file | The file's page: **Download work manifest…** | Excel, CSV (zip) or JSON |
| The evidence behind a file | The file's page, in **Technical file details and preserved evidence**: **Download exact snapshot JSON** | The exact works and settings used |
| A society response you uploaded | The file's page: **Download response**, and **Download report…** for a matched response | The response as you uploaded it; the report in Excel, CSV (zip) or JSON |
| A file you brought in | **Download original .V21** when you review a CWR import; **Download original file** in your registration history | The file as it was kept |
| An agreement | **Agreements**, on a saved agreement: **Download…** | Excel, CSV (zip) or JSON |

The two catalogue downloads are on the page for anyone who can see the catalogue. TrackForge sends nothing itself: a prepared file is yours to send. See [Download, send and record](/docs/workspace/files/send), [Upload a response](/docs/workspace/files/upload-a-response) and [Upload your registration history](/docs/workspace/files/registration-history).

## Delete and restore works

If you are an owner or editor, tick works in **Catalogue** and press **Delete selected works**, then confirm. The works leave every catalogue and no longer count towards your limit. Files you prepared or sent keep their record, and you can restore the works later.

Deleted works are reached only from **All catalogues**, in the fold **Deleted works**. They are not listed inside a single catalogue. See [History, undo and deleted works](/docs/workspace/catalogue/history) and [Edit many works at once](/docs/workspace/catalogue/edit-many).

## Close your account

An owner can close the workspace from the Account page, opened from the account button in the top bar. The card says closing stops access straight away and that after 30 days everything in the workspace is permanently deleted. It advises you to download what you want to keep first. See [Close your account](/docs/workspace/settings/close-your-account).

## What the beta offer says

The beta offer says your data stays yours and that you can download it at any time. It says TrackForge deletes it only if you close your account, or after an emailed warning if the workspace has gone unused for 11 months.

## If something goes wrong

- **A download does not start.** The page shows a message with the reason.
- ****Download…** is missing on an agreement.** It appears only once the agreement is saved.
- **You cannot find deleted works.** Switch to **All catalogues** in the catalogue chooser.
